Planning

The process starts with our first meeting. You'll meet both your construction manager and designer to get acquainted with your team. Then you and your designer will go to work molding the plans to fit your vision. Our highly skilled designers make it easy whether you already know exactly what you want, or just have an idea of how your space should feel.

Construction

Once plans have been finalized, we request the needed permits and construction begins. Your construction manager oversees everything from the ground breaking and foundation pouring through framing and plumbing to the final walk through.

You'll receive weekly progress reports and can schedule walk throughs any time you'd like. Once construction is done, your project manager will take you through your new home to find any last minute touch ups and to schedule closing.

Closing and Move In

Finally, all your hard work and patience pay off. Your new home is done and ready for move in. The last thing to do is pick up your keys at closing and schedule the movers.

We guarantee our homes are the highest quality and we stand behind them with a one year comprehensive warranty on your entire home. Should anything need repair, just give us a call and we'll have it fixed right away.
